Demmie Pagarao started with BMIA in March 2020 as our customer service representative. She quickly found passion in the insurance industry and secured her insurance license. She is now our Personal Lines Agent Specialist. Aside from her agent duties, she has amazing talents in marketing and enjoys branding our agency. Through her own creative ads and social content, we are always excited to see what she has next for BMIA's social platforms. She has enjoyed working in the international tourism trade and hospitality industries, and sports & Travel journalism. She and her family relocated to Kentucky from the island of Saipan. Although she misses the warm days on the beach, she enjoys being able to see the beautiful changes throughout Kentucky’s four seasons. Her hobbies include still photography, playing the ukulele, and singing. In her down time she enjoys hiking with her family and anything basketball related.
